Limits are enforced by the server: member and invitation limits by the portal, file size and monthly upload volume by the homeserver. When a paid plan lapses there is a 14-day grace period, after which the workspace uses Free limits. Nothing is deleted.
Billing questions
What is a workspace?
A team space for billing and administration: members, roles, invitations and policies such as mandatory MFA. Members get the workspace's file limits in every chat.
Who processes payments?
When online payments are enabled, Stripe handles card details; they never touch our servers. We receive the subscription status through signed webhooks.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan's limits.
