Plans & billing

Plans are per workspace. Limits are enforced by the server.

Upgrading

Workspace owners open Workspace → Billing and choose a plan. Payment happens on the payment provider's page; your plan changes once the provider confirms the payment to us — not when you return to the site.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, the workspace keeps its paid limits during a grace period and owners see a notice. After the grace period it uses Free limits until payment succeeds.

Cancelling

Use Manage billing to cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. No content is deleted.

Enterprise & self-hosted

For dedicated deployments or invoiced billing, contact us; an operator assigns the plan manually.
